Wild Mushroom Omelet
Locally foraged Chanterelle, Cauliflower and organic crimini mushrooms, roasted organic garlic, Full Circle Farms turnip tops and Oregon Blue cheese folded into a three egg omelet and drizzled with balsamic.
Herb roasted pheasant, Oxbow Farms red and yellow baby beets, organic spaghetti squash, Full Circle Farm organic arugula and Alverez Farms French fingerling potato hash topped with two soft poached eggs and intensity micro greens.
Rocher French Toast
Three thick slices of our house baked Challah dipped in sweet French toast batter rolled in toasted rice puffs, griddled to golden brown, topped with toasted hazel nuts and a drizzle of organic chocolate. Served with a trip to the berry bar.
