Seitan Polenta: House-made organic seitan, braised and crumbled in an organic house-made tomato sauce on a bed of creamy polenta and topped with asiago cheese. $12

 

Jackfruit Burrito: Braised jackfruit carnitas, organic jasmine rice, organic red chili beans, house-made salsa and guacamole, with organic romaine lettuce in a large flour tortilla. Served with a side of café potatoes. $13

 

Rabbit Confit Pasta: All natural rabbit confit, Mizuni organic ramps, and garlic with organic farfalle pasta in a rich, parmesan cream sauce and topped with fresh organic herbs. $14
