Shirred Eggs: Zoe’s locally hand crafted bresaola, organic cream, real parmigiano reggiano cheese and three organic Steibr Farms eggs baked together and topped with Fresh Origins petite rainbow amaranth and a splash of Noble Tonic 03 (cask aged white wine vinegar with heirloom lemon). Served with a side of fresh, organic fruit and a piece of organic wheat toast with butter. $15
Salmon Omurice: Wild Neah Bay, troll caught king salmon lightly cured in pink volcanic salt, organic Alvarez Farms spring onion and organic jasmine rice stir fried with our housemade, organic sweet tomato sauce and stuffed into one of our three organic Stiebr Farms egg omelettes and topped with wild, sake cured salmon eggs. Served with a side of fresh, organic fruit and a piece of organic wheat toast with butter. $16
Morel and Fava Scramble: Locally wild foraged morel mushroom, Alvarez Farms organic fava beans and organic spring onion scrambled into three organic Steibr Farms eggs and topped with myzythra cheese. Served with a side of our café potatoes and a piece of organic wheat toast with butter. $18
