Carlton Farms Baby back pork ribs dry rubbed and slow roasted till fall off the bone tender then served up with roasted organic Yakima Valley asparagus and Southwest style 3 bean & farro salad with organic bell peppers, spring onions, roma tomatoes and Southwest spices.

Sustainably caught prawns sautéed up with organic cherry tomatoes, capers, dry cured olives and Willie Greens organic baby spinach with organic penne pasta finished with Washington Hills white wine and a nug of butter served with a chunk of our house made savory bread.

Pork Belly BLT with Egg

Carlton Farms pork belly rubbed with 5 spice and slow braised for hours then sliced to order and crisped up and served atop of our house made honey wheat bread slathered with organic roasted garlic & shallot aioli then topped with organic rosemary balsamic tomato jam, over easy fried Stiebr Farms organic egg and a lightly dressed salad of Neil’s Artisan mizuna greens.
