Carlton Farms pork belly with 5 spice and slow braised for hours then sliced to order and crisped up served atop of our house made honey wheat bread slathered with organic roasted garlic & shallot aioli then topped with organic rosemary tomato balsamic jam, over easy fried Stiebr Farms organic egg and lightly dressed salad of Neil’s Artisan mizuna greens.
