Since 1997, Portage Bay Cafe has been a leader in serving local, organic sustainable breakfast, brunch and lunch. Eat Like You Give a Damn™ is a way of life and we do everything that we can to deliver that experience to our guests. We operate five busy, loud, energetic cafes in five different Seattle neighborhoods. We are owner operated and the owners are present in some way every day.

We offer:
Competitive compensation - in addition to hourly wages, all non-server hourly employees participate in a strong tip share program that provides guaranteed minimum hourly tip pool amounts from $3.50 to $6.50+
